My classic house sourdough is made with just three ingredients, a blend of organic white and wholemeal flour, water and salt. The dough is slow fermented over 24 hours and once baked has a fluffy, chewy crumb and caramelised crust.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, salt

Pick up/ Delivery
Once you have added all your baked goods to your basket you will be able to choose your delivery or pick up day.
Orders are normally ready for pick up from 11am Fridays and delivery is usually between 10am and midday.
