Based on a traditional pastry from the Brittany region of France, this bun is layered with plenty of butter, sugar and sel de Guérande; hand harvested, unrefined sea salt from the Breton marshes. This creates a buttery, salted caramel filling which contrasts with the soft bun dough.
Pick up/ Delivery
Once you have added all your baked goods to your basket you will be able to choose your delivery or pick up day.
Orders are normally ready for pick up from 11am Fridays and delivery is usually between 10am and midday.
