Would you like to bake your own sourdough from scratch? My hands-on workshops are taught in small groups and designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to bake your own beautiful, naturally leavened bread at home.
I've always loved to cook and bake, as well as the way that food can bring people together. In 2019, I was able to make a career change and re-trained at one of the oldest baking schools in Paris.
Now based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, I bake weekly to order and make everything in small batches, using the best ingredients I can source.
